Corinn Thompson leads the Operations and Channel Management team, overseeing and optimizing every facet of program execution, from operations to fulfillment to vendor services—ensuring a high-quality member experience at every touchpoint.

With 25+ years working in operations and client services at organizations known for their flawless customer experience, Corinn knows exactly what it takes to align organizations, teams and individuals around successful delivery—and she brings that expertise to her role at NovuHealth.

Before joining NovuHealth, Corinn held senior-level positions at OptumHealth, Carlson Marketing, Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions, and SPS Commerce. She has a BS in Consumer Studies from the University of Vermont.
