NovuHealth to share how personalized member communications drive quality improvements at 2017 HEDIS & Quality Improvement Summit

The event, set to take place October 16-17, 2017, in Miami, brings together leading quality improvement professionals and shares the latest strategies to boost quality scores.

Mauer will co-present a case study with Neal Sofian, Director of Member Engagement at Premera Blue Cross, titled, “Driving Quality Improvement by Personalizing Member Communications & Services.” The session will discuss how communications tailored to health plan members’ individual characteristics is an effective strategy for improving engagement. Attendees will see firsthand how these methods have helped Premera Blue Cross increase member engagement and, ultimately, improve quality.
